If you are employed in a customer service role, have a supervisory aspect to your job and have autonomy over decisions made within your role then the NVQ Level 3 is ideal. Assessing your competence within the workplace and providing you with suggestions and methods to improve will benefit both you and your organisation.
We provide two levels of Apprenticeships in Business and Administration, an Intermediate level for those new to administration or the Advanced Level for those who have some experience and responsibility within their role. You don't have to be a new employee, we provide Apprenticeships for those who may have a change in job role.
Apprentices will learn about and understand the key concepts of customer service and how to apply customer service knowledge and skills in the workplace. This Apprenticeship takes ‘Customer Loving’ to new heights.
